tonight my friends’ band are launching their first ep at a local bar, a huge amount of people have been looking forward to this including myself for a long time

but the entry is $10, the ep is $5

and I only have $20 left of my life savings because mum didn’t have enough money to pay for groceries the other day

I can’t waste the last $20 I have, I just can’t do it. even if my doctor’s appointment bulk bills I’ll still have to pay anything that isn’t covered

I’m just consuming resources, energy, time, it’s pathetic. 

I don’t want to do this any more.
